Installation & Licensing

  • The 1mind Zoom App must be installed from the Zoom App Marketplace.
  • An active 1mind license is required to enable the Ride-Along feature. Without a license, functionality will be limited.
  • Users must log into their 1mind account to activate the app within Zoom.

Control & Management

  • Once installed, the app can be controlled directly within Zoom during meetings.
  • For extended functionality, including usage management, preferences, and analytics, users can access the app through the 1mind platform dashboard.
  • Admins can configure organization-wide settings, ensuring consistent deployment across sales teams.

Getting Started – Quick Steps

  1. Go to the Zoom App Marketplace and search for “1mind Zoom App.”
  2. Click Install and authorize the integration with your Zoom account.
  3. Log in with your active 1mind license credentials when prompted.
  4. Join a Zoom call (BDR or Commercial) – the Ride-Along Sales Engineer will be available.
  5. Manage additional features and preferences by logging into the 1mind platform dashboard

In-Meeting Controls

  • From the 1mind interface, you can control the Superhuman’s behavior:
    • Switch between Active and Passive
    • Camera on/off
    • Mute/unmute or remove the Superhuman
    • Leave meeting
    • Interrupt Superhuman mid-speaking
  • From the Zoom interface, you can control the meeting settings relative to how your organization is set up, which may allow you to mute users, remove them, etc.

Troubleshooting

  • Superhuman not joining? Ensure the meeting link is correct and accessible.
  • Audio issues? Confirm the Superhuman has permission to join with audio enabled.
  • Video not displaying? Check the meeting’s video participant settings.
